That’s fine! Chatbuddy can understand “keyword triggers” and respond to the customer appropriately.
Here’s an example of what you can expect.
What Your Customers Can Expect
At any point in the conversation flow, if your customer chooses to engage the chatbot directly without using the response prompts, the chatbot will go through the list of keyword triggers you have set up with us previously to find out how to respond to the customer.
For example, a customer who asks “hm” or “hm po” in order to ask how much your products cost will be directed to your menu or list of products.
