Order and Customer History
It’s important to make your customers feel like the VIPs they are. That’s why it’s important that you don’t act like they’re a complete stranger after they order from you.
With Chatbuddy, it’s easy for the chatbot to refer back to its chat history with the customer and see information they’ve provided before, their past orders, and the like.

Order History
When a customer completes a previous order with you, they are provided an order code that they can use to refer back to a previous order, without any problems.

Customer History
Remembering customer history is also a breeze for Chatbuddy. It’s always a good thing to make checking out as fast and easy for your customer. It’s a good thing that Chatbuddy can refer to the previous conversation in case they want to use the same details as before.
