One-Time PIN (OTP) Verification with Chatbuddy

It's easy to verify customers and payments with Chatbuddy's One-Time PIN (OTP) Verification feature. Your chatbot can then ensure that your customers are contactable via their mobile phone, giving you peace of mind.

The most common usage for the OTP feature is to validate orders as your customers interact with the chatbot.

After generating an OTP, Chatbuddy will send the provided mobile number with the generated PIN. Chatbuddy can even give you a custom sender name, to make sure your branding is on point ;)

Once your customer gives that OTP to your chatbot, the chatbot verifies the given PIN and ordering can continue!
