What You Can Expect

Let your customers choose the payment method they want to use. Once they've finalized their order, they get a choice of payment methods that you have selected for your business:

Once they have selected a payment method, they can proceed to pay for their order.

Cash On Delivery


For Cash on Delivery, your customers only need to enter their details and you collect the cash when you deliver! It's that simple. These COD orders are noted clearly on your order spreadsheet, so you don't have to worry about tracking their order status.

Bank Transfer


It's easy for your customers to pay via bank transfer through our integration with Dragonpay, our payment gateway partner. Dragonpay can facilitate transfers from the following banks:

✅ Metrobank
✅ RCBC
✅ Robinsons Bank
✅ UCPB
✅ Unionbank

After selecting Bank Transfer as their preferred method, they will be informed of any additional fees as well as provided various bank options for payment.

Once they have selected their bank, Dragonpay will guide them through the payment process.



Once they've finished the payment process with Dragonpay, they can easily get back to the chat conversation and click on "Done" and enter the reference number so that you can confirm on your end.

E-wallet

Chatbuddy supports the following e-wallet providers:

✅ Coins .ph
✅ PayMaya
✅ GCash
✅ GrabPay

Once your customer has selected E-wallet as their preferred payment method, they will be able to choose from your available payment methods.

For example, if they choose GCash:

They'll be given instructions on where to send their payment, and then they can send you their payment reference number. You can use this reference number to confirm their payment and process their order.

This reference number is also added to their order details that is sent to the Chatbuddy Admin and the order spreadsheet, so you don't have to worry about losing it! 



Over the Counter


Accept over the counter payments with Chatbuddy! Maximize your customer's choices by allowing them to pay for your products and services in select stores, pawnshops, and bayad centers! This is powered by our payment gateway provider Bux.

One they select over the counter payment, they can choose from a variety of stores and pawnshops to pay in:



In-store payment options include:

Pawnshop payment options include:

✅ M Lhuillier
✅ Palawan Pawnshop

Payment center options include:

Your customer will be spoiled for choice when it comes to payment options! ;) After going through the payment flow for OTC payment, they only need to provide you the transaction number for confirmation purposes, and you're all set!
