Reservation handling with Chatbuddy
Chatbuddy can help you take reservations for your restaurant, agency, or other business. Your chatbot will take care of getting your customers' reservation details, so that you don't have to worry about such routine tasks and can focus on things that need your expertise.

What You Can Expect

Reservations can be used in addition to or in place of a product catalog. Once your customer asks the chatbot for assistance in making a reservation, it can take the customer details that you need.

Here, the customer's reservation details are requested, from their full name and the day and time requested:



Customers can select their preferred day and time directly in the chat window:



Once the customer has filled in the details you need for the reservation, the reservation can be retrieved via the attached Google Spreadsheet to your business, or also available via the administrator tool.

All that's left after this is final confirmation with your customer for their reservation--and actually meeting them for their booking, of course!
